Real Estate Industry
In the United States alone, the real estate industry is a billion dollar industry–for both the commercial and residential aspects of the industry. Everyday, thousands and thousands of transactions between agents and brokers in one side and the buyers on the other, are made. But this does not mean that the real estate industry is stable. It is not. It is as volatile as it is–compared with the market that fluctuates in the same manner as the economy does. The real estate industry in the US has lately been hurt in the same way as the rise and fall of the global economy, but still it continues to pick up and flourish.
